When you request a quote, Metro Haul may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination information, requested service, move date, property-access details, notes and photos you choose to upload.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, prepare estimates, communicate about scheduling and service, operate the customer and job-management system, prevent misuse and improve our services.
Photos and documents
Optional quote photos are stored privately and are available only to authorized Metro Haul personnel. Do not upload identification documents, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive material.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that support hosting, data storage, communications and business operations. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for quotes, services, records, security and legal obligations.
Your choices
